Job Responsibilities

• Manage technology projects, specifically surrounding software development and upgrades.
• Develop, implement, and monitors project plans. Contribute expertise to major project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
• Build and maintains effective relationships. Proactively foster strong communication between internal and external project stakeholders. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups.
• Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related issues on technology projects and deliveries. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate.
• Manage teams composing of Business analysts, Developers and Testers

Job Context

This role would be suitable for an experienced Project Manager with extensive experience in the software development space within financial services.

Educational Requirements

PMP, PRINCE2, Diploma or Degree in Project Management

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of Project management experience - Required
• Fund management/investments experience - Required 
• Recent Software development project experience - Required 

Additional Requirements

• Able to confidently navigate complexity and ambiguity, often when business stakeholders need continuous guidance, support and over communication.
